"I could go on forever but basically, I paid for the the pictured beach front duplex but was forced to stay at another property that was much further from the location and advertised for 120$ less. The property was dirty and not well kept and after going back and forth with the incredibly rude staff for weeks they refused to issue a refund and kept the extra 1000$ that I paid for the original advertised location. This whole experience was a nightmare and this place and the staff are GARBAGE."

"Staff was amazing. Our villa was on ground level and there were bugs on the floor. In addition, there were loud kids running around above us all night and the walls were thin. But the room was nice and big. Very nice. The property is beautiful and parking was great. "
