"The hotel reeked of cigarettes. The neighborhood is sad. Our nonsmoking room smelled of stale smoke. Mattresses need replacing. Only one bar of soap provided for the bathroom. The positive of the hotel is the positive staff. The other positive is that you can gamble and drink and then stumble up to your room - there is no other reason to stay here, if you’re going to Niagara, stay on the Canadian side, or any place else."

"Did I two rooms one for myself and the other for my grandchildren one of the rooms that I have heat in front in 35° weather . They cannot relocate me to another room because they didn’t cannot accommodate me and my grandchildren. I had to stay in the room all night, freezing cold and cannot get any sleep. I think I should’ve got refunded for the room."
