"My room smelled like weed, room was dirty, and we tried to cancel our reservation but was denied. So I paid for a room that we couldn’t use. My daughter has a lung disease and the smell was causing her to have difficulty breathing. "

"The sky suite was awesome, from the fireplace to the steam shower I enjoyed my stay unlike any other hotel. Located just a few minutes walk to the falls it is the perfect place to vist Niagara Falls. I even walked from the hotel into Canada across the Rainbow bridge. The bed was excellent and after a long day of sightseeing I slept well. "

"could’ve been a little cleaner . the walls were a little grimy but overall had a good time. everything else was pretty clean. the neighborhood seemed a little rough on the outside but it was cute inside and we never felt unsafe. the host was very kind and helpful and checked in occasionally with us which was super nice! gave us good places to visit and attractions and places to eat. overall was a good experience. just could’ve been a little cleaner. "
