"When I checked in the front desk clerk was so welcoming and friendly. Her name was Sara, we chatted while she completed the check in and she was very helpful the whole stay with any questions I had or anything I needed. The breakfast was good from Parkway Prime, the kids and I enjoyed it. The pool was a good size so that there was plenty of room and it didn't feel overcrowded when there were many guests enjoying it. The hot tub was also great. "

"The property itself was good . Location it was an easy walking distence from attraction. The hotel hallway wasn't as clean as It should. Room had comfy and clean beds but stained curteins dirty towel left it in bathroom and felt just a basic room. "

"Breakfast quite good, stayed on Easter and they put Easter eggs everywhere. Very nice staff, quiet building, clean with nice rooms. Essentially as expected. Niagara Falls state park is about 5 minutes away, which was the main reason for family sightseeing trip."

"Nearby attractions to the west. Canada to the north. Ghetto and completely run town two blocks to the east/west. Resturant was completely closed, and maintenance said they have no plans on reopening. Not a place to bring a family. "

"The hotel is ideally located close to both Seneca Casino and the falls which you can walk to. The hotel was clean and we LOVED the decor. We will return to this property next time we are in Niagara New York. "
