Apartment La Fenice is located close to the Carré d’Or district in the city of Nice on the Côte d\'Azur. The property is less than a 10-minute walk from several beaches including Neptune Plage, Plage du Forum and Sporting Plage.

For culture, visitors can head to Musée Matisse or the Marc Chagall National Museum (both a 10-minute drive) and the Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art (MAMAC), which is a 7-minute drive from the accommodation. Guests can also visit the popular Promenade des Anglaise, the iconic Place Masséna and Vieux Nice (the Old Town) which are all a 15-minute walk away.

There are several restaurants less than a 5-minute walk away and a supermarket less than a minute\'s walk away. For local produce, visitors can head to the Cours Saleya market (an 8-minute drive or 25-minute walk along Promenade des Anglaise) within the maze of colourful buildings, artisanal shops, and traditional restaurants of the Old Town.
