Welcome to SOLAR, a spacious one-bedroom apartment located at 45 Avenue des Baumettes in Nice, combining tranquility with proximity to the beaches. Bright, well-equipped, and welcoming, it will charm you with its generous space and its large, sunlit balcony offering an unobstructed view.
Ideally situated on the Baumettes hillside, please note that there is a slight uphill climb to reach the apartment. However, staircases facilitate access to the city center, where you will be just a few minutes’ walk from the sea, the beaches, and must-see attractions (Carré d’Or, Promenade des Anglais, the pedestrian street, Place Masséna, and the Old Town). A nearby bus stop makes it easy to travel around Nice and its surroundings.
Attention:
The included parking is communal, with no assigned spaces and limited availability. Upon request and subject to availability, it is possible to reserve a private parking space located a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator and comes with free Wi-Fi.
SOLAR is arranged as follows:

Large balcony with an unobstructed view, furnished with a table and 2 chairs.
LIVING ROOM:
Equipped with an L-shaped sofa bed and a flat-screen TV.
Also features a dining area with a large, convivial table for 4 people.
Opens onto the balcony and is equipped with a fan.
KITCHEN:
American-style kitchen open to the living room, separated by a counter/bar.
Includes a refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster.

BEDROOM:
Features a double bed with a wardrobe and a chest of drawers, as well as a full-length mirror.
Opens onto an individual balcony and is equipped with a fan.
BATHROOM:
Fitted with a shower, a hairdryer, and a washing machine.
WC:
Separate.
HEATING: The heating is communal and managed by the building.
It is scheduled to start between mid-November and mid-December and to be turned off around mid-April.
The exact dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.
