"Absolutely stunning little gem in the surroundings of Cefalu. Debora and the staff were really welcoming. We had a pleasant stay in a charming house of a typical Sicilian village. Our room was decorated with taste and the house is full of nice little touch and details eg. some Ortiga soaps are provided for the guests. It’s also great to come back to a cool and fresh place after enduring scorching heat."

"Lovely pool area. We arrived to find no hot water, broken chair, internet not working and overgrown garden with a scruffy terrace and garden furniture. Andrea came out to fix the above twice but there’s obviously a problem with the boiler as it broke each time . Very basic run down property amongst a lovely complex. We were very disappointed, it’s not worth the high price we paid "

"Casa del Poeta was probably our favorite place we stayed during our two-week trip to Sicily. It’s in a lovely, peaceful location with plenty of parking, which made arriving by car really easy. We loved the story behind the property and all the thoughtful details that went into the decor and experience. The bed was especially comfortable and we slept so well. The pool was also incredibly peaceful and relaxing, a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The location worked really well for day trips around the area. The host was incredibly helpful and offered lots of good advice. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the region."
