They were understanding and attentive, and the problem was resolved promptly the next morning. What truly stood out during my stay was the level of hospitality. "Great location to a mall and trains, large room with kitchen and washer/dryer. Very comfortable. Room has a bit of wear and was missing kitchen supplies but overall good value for the price."

"Nobody gets in before 3 PM so although you wait all day if you’re an American flying in you then have a line of most of the people checking in. It was just a mess and unnecessary way to do things if you’re coming into Frankfurt in the morning, find a better hotel. "
