It’s a real gem! The view from the outside is not particularly inviting, but on stepping through the main doors, you are immediately struck by the beautiful reception area. Light and airy, and very spacious - very welcoming. The straff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. I didnt really stay in much I was out exploring, but the staff were very helpful. This was my first visiting Germany and the staff recommended a nice spot a should go to with tons of stores. I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers.

This is one of the most beautiful European hotels that we have stayed in. The ambiance, history, and warmth of the hotel is magical. You feel like you're staying in a Queen's castle but our room was updated and comfortable. The staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The restaurant was superb. I recommended this highly!!

I arrived at 7 am and the hotel accommodated my very early checkin. Room was perfectly clean and very spacious. Perfectly quiet and I was undisturbed during my whole stay. Multiple balconies was a nice bonus. Location is good. Right near the middle of town. The town itself is perfect for an escape from the big city. I stayed one night passing through Frankfurt and would certainly choose this hotel again rather than staying in the city. Barbel was very friendly and helpful at checkout.
