"We wish we stayed longer! From entering, everyone was so welcoming and helpful. We stayed 1 night but the room was one of our favourite parts of the entire trip. The rooms were comfortable, lots of space and the open air bath in the room was amazing. If we find our way back to Japan, we will definitely come back. We did not use the other baths in the facility due to us having tattoos but the room was enough. I’m sure they were just as great! "

"The address information was insufficient to be able to locate the hotel using the in car navigation system (part of the address is missing on the website and booking confirmation details). The phone number supplied for the hotel was also incorrect (the number supplied is the booking office which is located 19 kms away from the actual hotel, instead of the hotel's actual number - makes a great deal of difference if using phone numbers in the car's navigation system).
