The lobby exudes sophistication, the staff is exceptional, and my room, although compact as expected, was immaculate. Situated on the 11th floor near the elevator, the room was remarkably quiet. The housekeeping staff, particularly Housekeeper Long, provided outstanding guest service. A convenient water and ice station is located on the 4th floor, which I utilized daily "
