I Struggled bringing my luggage in. Yet not 1 person from staff offered to help. They literally just watched me fumble doors open with my hands full.. On my departure, i had requested a late check out when i booked. And asked if it had been granted or not.. but received no replies at all. So i was late checking out. Male staff member was much friendlier than the female and actually brought the luggage trolley up for me. I did ask for it . And again, they stood behind the desk and proceeded to watch me make a fool out of myself trying to get through the doors with an over loaded trolley.. A gentleman who walked in saw me and instantly helped me squeeze out of rhe lobby door"
