"The room was very clean. There wasnt a lock on the bathroom door which didn't bother us but might not be the same for someone else staying in our room. The staff were amazing as always. "Beautiful, elegant room. Great heating/ air conditioner. Spacious and luxurious bathroom. Wonderful Christmas decorations and atmosphere in the public areas. Beautiful gardens and grounds and all the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Very clean and friendly hotel. Staff are great and breakfast is fantastic. New menu is a little bit weird, lack of healthy options and inability to cater for special diets. Gammon is awful. Never a problem before. However, this place is still excellent."

"What stood out most was how alive the hotel felt, perhaps thanks to the festive activities. The bar was full, with guests constantly coming and going, and I honestly didn’t even know this hotel existed in Kettering before this visit. Breakfast was another highlight. Not only was the quality of the food excellent, but the staff were enthusiastic, attentive, and genuinely interested in making sure everything was perfect, even checking temperatures to ensure everything was served just right. The view over the garden area was an added bonus and made the morning feel even more enjoyable. Overall, a wonderful experience from the atmosphere to the service."
