"What a lovely surprise! Our first time to Newport and our first stay at this resort. We will come again! Our condo was dog friendly, and there was no fee. Our pooch happens to live the beach, and there was easy a access if you don't mind getting your feet wet! There was a hose with sprayer ready to clean out feet. The condo itself was delightful with everything we needed, ave an amazing view. "

"This is obviously an old building, so things need updating. The beds are god awful, chair was broken, and they need to hire a new housekeeper because the floors are disgusting! Like you have to wear your shoes 24/7 disgusting, but these are things that can be fixed, the room it’s self wasn’t terrible, it’s really small, so hopefully you wanna get close to the people you’re staying with lol there’s beach views but no access, it’s close enough to walk if you want or it’s about a 1 minute drive...
