"It was my GF first birthday trip staying at Eaton HK hotel and it was truly an unforgettable experience! On the very first day of my stay, I was surprised to find a beautifully prepared birthday cake waiting for me in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel incredibly welcomed and appreciated. A big thank you to the staff Chibi Cheng, who took the time to prepare the cake, your kindness and attention to detail meant a lot to me. "Lovely hotel. Staff were excellent, great facilities (especially the pool area was well appreciated). Had a view of the harbour which was nice. And the rooftop viewing deck is incredible at sunset. Location is a little bit away from other sights, but it’s well connected by bus or train. The room was maybe a little dated, but I definitely enjoyed my stay. Thank you"

"Room was a good size with very comfy beds, a choice of pillows, mini fridge, full size bath towels, and great water pressure. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Hotel is attached to a large mall with many dining options. Good for families or those who want to shop. "

"Room is big and very clean. Excellent location and convenient to get around as the MTR is just below the hotel. Shopping mall is just next door so its easy to get stuff anytime."
