Both the hotel and valet had bad communication with each other and could not find a resolution to the problem. Which unfortunately caused me to have to rate the experience a 3/5. If you have a car that you value do NOT book here. "

"The rooms are nice and spacious, recently renovate at least our rooms. However the are big issues with the noise levels inside the hotel and we had a very bad experience with Guests a couple of doors down from a our room that started to shout and fight during the night and the staff / security didn’t address that. Several rooms call the lobby to deal with the situation but the hotel didn’t resolve it or call police. It was pretty scary that at 2 am in the morning. This happens in a hotel. response from the hotel staff "
