"Really enjoyable stay.Parked the car and left it as we purchased cheap tram tickets. Accommodation was really comfortable,great breakfast and friendly host. Quiet part of the town but convenient for trams so could get up and down the seafront easily.Highly recommended."

"Hotel is massively dated and the room was just poor , very old n stunk of damp. The bed was so old springs were sticking up , outside of the room the floors creaked so badly that every time someone walked past even quietly it made a racket. The windows were so filthy outside and inside you could barely see out of them. "
