The only negative was the lift service, it was very slow and on more than one occasion there were more than one lift out of operation. Not a problem depending which floor you occupied. "We really enjoyed our one night stay at APEX, our double deluxe family room was perfect for our family of four. The entire family wished we could stay longer! The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and when we needed to check out an hour late, there was no hassle. The hotel is super close to the Tower of London since it’s situated between the Tower and London bridges. "

"Smallest of rooms. "you couldn't swing a cat!". The glass door to bathroom and shower wasnt an issue as i was solo, but if i wasnt it could be a bit awkward. Bar closes fairly early. Hardly a budget hotel, think I'd look for somewhere with a bit more space next time."
