"The hotel was in great location downtown. The rooms and bedding was also clean and nice. We had to request a room change because the toilet and sink were not working correctly. In the new room, the bathroom sink continued to not drain. It was definitely annoying and disgusting. I probably won’t be staying here again due to the bathroom issue, but overall if that won’t bother you - it’s a good clean hotel with great staff. "

"This is a great option for business travel. The rooms are small and basic, and lack some amenities that are standard in other hotels (like a mini-fridge, though you can request one). The hotel overall is dated, though well-maintained. But everything is clean, the bed is super comfortable and there is a good workspace and wifi, there are significant common areas where you can work, and the price is always right. The front desk staff has been consistently kind and helpful, and check in and check out are a breeze. I recommend Club Quarters and will be back again. "

"We love the Palmer House! This is our “go to” hotel when we travel to Chicago. It is close to theaters, concert halls, Michigan Ave with museums, restaurants, parks, etc. The hotel lobby is incredible! A great place to relax, have a beverage, people watch, and enjoy. The room we recently stayed in was beautiful! We were surprised with a suite and so much room to enjoy."
