"Host there to welcome us when we arrived. He helped to carry in the luggage and showed us how the hot water and heating worked. Amenities were ideal with breakfast food items included plus a bottle of Prosecco and shortbread as a thoughtful Christmas gift. The property had been decorated for Christmas - another kind and thoughtful touch. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything that we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable. "we were there with some friends and we kept getting threatened because of our age probably but we assured them that we werent there for a party , they were saying they were gonna come out of nowhere to make sure we were 5 , she also added on to threaten us that if we left late she was going to keep our deposit money our whole stay the was bery uncomfortable and after we left they refused to give us part of our deposit back and although we cleaned the house they claimed that we left it dirty...

"This apartment wasn’t our first choice due to a booking error by Hotels.com however we were disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment with a strong odour of stale cigarettes. The longe area hadn’t been cleaned as there was a dirty sock under the sofa. The kitchen cupboard handles were also sticky. The window blind in the 1st bedroom was broken. The apartment was very warm however we were unable to sleep with the window open due to the location on a busy road and a nearby noisy...

"Wir hatten einen einfachen Checkin über einen Schlüsselkasten und dazu gab es einen Link mit weiteren Infos.Während des Aufenthaltes gab es bei Bedarf eine einfache und sehr angenehme Kommunikation. Herzlichen Dank dafür!Das Cottage selbst war sehr heimelig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und bis auf den fehlenden Geschirrspüler (der Eigentümer wurde auf die falsche Beschreibung hingewiesen) und einem größeren Topf (soll ergänzt werden) fehlte es an nichts).
