"Wife and I had a blast. Owner or maintenance of property management was awesome and open and responsive to our requests. Wife and I had a blast for a last minute quick getaway after some other plans fell through. Took a day trip to decorah and explored and gambled a bit at the casino near by. They have a website with other cabins might look to return again over the summer with my older college and high school kids as the cabin was huge for the two of us. Thanks for everything would recommend!"

"It was a second vacation for us in this property (7 years ago), nothing changed the train was the most worst part of our vacation. Not enough sheets for living room bed, we found only 1 fitted sheet and 1 pillow case. There were a lot of coffee, creamers and other stuff, towels and sheets were clean, plenty of shower stuff. Very ease and quick communication with the host. Thank you so much !"

"This cabin and property were a perfect choice for our fishing getaway. We were a little concerned about the available space for 4 large adults in the cabin as well as two boats and two trucks, but everything turned out great. Cabin ended up being perfect. Location to the boat ramp was really good and we were able to fit our boats and trucks at the location. I thought my husband was going to have a fit when he saw the stairs leading up to the loft, and the short trek outside to the loo. But, he succumbed to the magic of the cabin and had a great time. "It is a beautiful cabin in a peaceful country setting. The hottub was a wonderful treat! Plenty of room for 6 adults and room to spare. Very comfortable beds, which is always a p!us!!!! Looking forward to going back in the summer or fall and enjoying the cement pond!"

"I was kind of nervous about booking a place with little to no reviews. Pulling up to the house you’re not expecting much as the outside and yard it a little run down. The inside was clean and updated. Location was super convenient for checking out the state park and there’s a nice beach right down the street. Only other downside is the trains right across the street. Everything you need for a weekend of exploring. Kids had a great time. I would recommend this place to anyone."
