"We did not have the breakfast but highly recommend the hotel was clean staff was very nice and our room view was perfect. "

"I was over charged for my room. I paid through Hotels.com, then the hotel also charged me for my room. When I disputed it with the front desk the guy told me it was hotels fault and they do this all the time. And then he whispered that he wasnt supposed to tell me that the hotels.com holds extra fees and blah blah blah. Nope. The hotel charged me as a whole new booking. And then charged me fully for that, but I had already paid. Good luck to anyone staying at the beach. It seems thst because it was PCB thst they were recouping their losses from lack of spring breakers due to the rules. This was our last trip to PCB as the last couple of times it just hasn't been a good experience. We have stayed ij this hotel for years. But stealing money from your customers is something we cant tolerate. Good luck getting in touch with anyone too. They dont respond to emails and they dont call back or they let it ring and ring. Also we were polite through all this. Never rude or unkind. "

"Everything Was Good It’s Just Everytime I Turned Around Money Was Trying To Come Off My Card For Something Concerning This Property. I Will Not Stay There Again Only Because I Have People Who Like To Have There Nicotine & There Is NO SMOKING AT ALL On The Balcony Or Anything. Beautiful Beach View Had The Deluxe Suite Very Big & Spacious . "

"We loved our stay here. It had a large infinity pool, hot tub and a pool bar. We ate at the pool bar when we arrived and the food was excellent with large portion. We also ate breakfast at the buffet! Everything was great! Rooms were great! We had a king bed with oceanfront view and balcony! Bed was comfortable and we loved loved sitting on the balcony hearing the waves! Would definitely stay here again!"
