"Unfortunately there was a large conference staying at the hotel as well which involved teeneagers pulling the firealarms all night the first night we stayed there. We called and complained but I was only offered an apology. Our last night the noise in the room above us from 2am on was ridiculous. It sounded like they were sliding furniture across the floor and dropping items on purpose. We stayed here 3 nights and I only got one night of restful sleep. I was polite and reported it but no compensation was offered. We had friends also staying in the hotel, who upon check in were given not cleaned rooms with beds unmade and towels still wet lying on the floor. I've always wanted to stay here as we travel to Louisville often but was extremely disappointed and sorry that I also recommend that friends stay in this hotel as well."

"They had a hot breakfast buffet with some cold cereals and drinks and some friut. Parking was secure right behind the parking garage is the sheriff's station it was nice and quiet stay the rooms where also clean "

"This was a nice place to stay. Very spacious, neat decor, snd secure rooms. Staff very nice and helpful. Down side were the lack of good food options. Food was not good, especially breakfast (which was not included with the cost of stay. Price for stay on a Friday was high."
