Area is being gentrified but hotel was Lovely!

Beautiful Palace. Old World Splendor.

This is my favorite hotel in downtown Richmond. It's close to the Capitol, shops, and restaurants. Classic decor and stylish rooms. Customer service was fantastic!

Love this location stay here on my way to and from Connecticut. They allow my dog and there is a great area right outside to walk your dog. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Friendly staff

Great walking distance to a lot of great food & restaurants. Great location to walk to the Capitol. Beautiful skyline at night!

Excellent place to stay, good location , and very cleanliness

Wonderful, relaxed but elegant wine and cheese serving, a tasty breakfast of fresh fruit, warm baked goods, terrific coffee and tea options, plus an offering of quiche. Our room was lovely, our bed very comfortable, and our bath and shower options were excellent. Every comfort seemed anticipated...
