They are also very serious about cleanliness and damages—any stains on towels (including face towels) or other items may result in a room charge upon checkout, which is good to know in advance. They kindly stored our belongings while we traveled to other islands in the Philippines, with the expectation that we would check in again before heading to our next destination—this was extremely helpful. We also appreciated that they called or emailed us if anything was left behind in the room, which showed great attention to guests. The location was very convenient, with laundry services around the corner, as well as banks, grocery stores, and shopping centers all within walking distance. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again."
