Could park the car right in front of the room easy access.

It was a nicely quiet hotel. The receptionists were super friendly. The only slightly odd thing is that the reception is one floor up and the elevator not obvious (around the corner and down the hallway), so people with heavy luggage or in a wheelchair may be a bit baffled at first. A sign might help...

On arrival staff made you feel welcome, Room and bathroom clean, Easy parking, Walking distance to shops.

The dishes were very clean - probably thanks to the presence of a dishwasher ! It was tricky trying to figure out how to work it - perhaps have some instructions around ? The bedroom door is very close to the end of the bed - we had to close the door in order to walk around to the bathroom.

This place was better than I expected. It was spacious and clean. And the receptionist was very helpful.

Always a convenient and enjoyable place to stay. My “go to” in Canberra.

The facility is dated but they have done a good job of updating bathrooms and kitchens. There was everything needed to make a simple meal. The continental breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. We were very comfortable. The balcony was not very inviting although we didn’t need to use it.

I can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the minute we walked in until we left the next day. The people were incredible. Very attentive, kind and accomodating. The food was beyond fabulous. We had an amazing dinner with multiple courses and all were superb! Our giraffe feeding treehouse was impeccably furnished and very clean. The giraffe feeding experience as well as the guided tour were fun and informative. If you get a chance, go to this place it will not disappoint!

It was very convenient to have breakfast before our long drive to Melbourne.

Great location and sophisticated amenities and dining options. House cleaning left a little to be desired for a 5 star hotel. Floor hadn't been vacuumed sufficiently and there was food under the table. On day 2 of my 3 day stay I actually need to request this service. At check in it was very speedy which was terrific. At the same time I wasnt introduced to the property. No idea how to access pool and spa and no details on restaurants. On the morning of my checkout with my do not disturb sign...

Excellent service and great location.

I loved everything! Rooms were impeccable. The hotel is truly beautiful. Staff was lovely.
