"The Pullman was a fantastic family holiday destination. Travelled with teenagers who also enjoyed the accommodation and resort facilities. "Thala was the perfect break - a quiet, wild oasis. Seamless check in and helpful porters are quick to take you about the resort in gold buggies. Rooms are tucked away and private, ideal for romantic get aways. There is so much to do on the property - highly recommend both the southern loop and the more rugged nature walk. The guided nature tour with Dave was a highlight, so much knowledge about flora and fauna. The property itself is 20-30 years old but very well maintained. Everything is set in dense woodland so there are leaves, sticks, bugs and cane toads - this is part of nature and not a detriment. Using the Optus network I had solid 4G on most of the property including on the walks and in our room. This is a place that’s less about instagram vibe and more about peaceful connection with a rewilded piece of land. Very highly recommended. "
