"We love the Mirage, we were disappointed the room we wanted wasn’t available however no one checked in or out of it whilst we were there. Check in was a struggle as the staff member did not have a good understanding or room types. All service staff were amazingly friendly as usual though. We have stayed this time of year two years in a row for our anniversary and requested a pool breakfast that we had seen advertised however they advised it wasn’t available whilst we were there which was...

"Unfortunately we had to cut our holiday short due to a family emergency, we were happy to have credit/new dates for the remaining nights, but unfortunately Expedia or the hotel would not honour this so we lost 3 nights accommodation!"
