"If you’re looking for a hotel for your stay in Tokyo. This is your place, the staff is very friendly helpful.The hotel is about a 4 min walk to the train station. There are two familymarts and one 711 within a 5 min walk.Neighborhood safe, clean and quiet . Will be definitely stay here again on our next Trip. "

"Excellent stay. I would like to rent a room here again. It may look like it's far from the tourist areas of Tokyo, but the nearby Tsukuba Express makes it easy to get around. The staff were wonderful and there's plenty of eating options nearby. 5 stars for sure."

"Nice hotel a few minutes by foot from Ichikawa station, which is 20 min ride from Tokyo station in the center of the Tokyo. There's a lot of restaurants in the area plus supermarket at the station. The room is cozy but it has all one need for a few days stay. Recommended!"

"The hotel is a 2 min walk from Matsudo station, which is a 30 min train to Ueno. From Ueno or Nippori, there are convenient transits to most places in Tokyo. There are supermarkets, McDonalds, pharmacies within 5 min walk of the hotel, not to mention multiple convenience stores in the area. The hotel offers free breakfast before 9am, which is very good with lots of variety. The hotel room sizes are quite good, very spacious for a solo traveller. There is a TV, fridge, kettle, table, chair, with hangers for clothes. All other amenities such as tea, towels, toothbrushes are all provided. I stayed in an upper floor so noise was not an issue, but note as Matsudo station is so close it may be noisier on lower floors. Room cleaning service is done every few days, no issues at all there. Overall a very pleasant experience especially for a solo traveller, and I would definitely stay with them again next time!"
