Reception at the spa is the same: quick explanations, we had the impression to catch a train instead of being welcomed to a wellness spa (a smile with a sweet voice would be a plus for the 500€ we spent during 1day+1night, even during rush hours). "Cour d'Alsace is a beautiful historic Alsacion hotel. It has more modern wings added to the original building and they are very nicely done. The styling, decor etc is first class and our room was quite large, beautifully appointed with one of the biggest and best bathrooms we have ever experienced in Europe. The parking is on site and so convenient. The hotel is right near the central square so location is perfect. There is also an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Some of the reception staff...

"Once parked it was easy to find the hotel, which is above a bar/restaurant. Excellent location right in the centre. They couldn't find our booking at first which was a bit worrying. Room was comfortable and quiet. Breakfast tasty and good quality."
