PLAZA 502 9800 Coastal Hwy Saturday to Saturday NON SMOKING - NO PETS Lovely! Direct oceanfront, 2 bedroom (Den enclosed to make 3rd bedroom with pocket door, TV and a new double bed), 2 bath unit. Wi-Fi is free for guests! Balcony access from living room and master bedroom. This condo features a beautiful sectional couch in the living room, new tables on the balcony and new king bed in the master bedroom. A well-equipped kitchen and beautiful dining room table that seats 6, dishwasher, microwave, and 4 Flat Screen TVs, along with the washer and dryer make this condo all you need for a great stay at the Plaza! Clean cool tile floors throughout! NEW HVAC system put in 2022. Maximum Occupancy is 8. BDRM 1: King BDRM 2: 2 Doubles DEN/BDRM 3: Queen bed (Den is 3rd sleeping area). FREE BEACH LOCKER!

The Registration Fee, $80 payable 4/5 - 10/18, includes parking for two vehicles. The fee for extra vehicles is $20 a day or $80.00 per week. 24-hour Security, Indoor Pool (heated), Dry-heat Sauna, Hot Tub, Outdoor Pool (heated) both have kiddie pools. Wi-fi paid by owner.
