Come kick back and enjoy this modern studio recently designed with boho vibes that is within walking distance to the beach and downtown Oceanside.

After your day down at the beach, stopping at the local breweries, or after visiting Legoland or the San Diego Safari Park, come back to enjoy this sleek and relaxed space and gorgeous patio area.

Freshly remodeled vacation studio with contemporary accents and an eclectic mix of fresh and modern elements with boho-chic accents.

Newly renovated unit comes complete with a queen bed, a private full bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and a stacked washer and dryer. This unit comes complete with a TV so you can kick back and watch all your favorite shows. Step out into the fenced-in backyard (shared yard with the main house).

7-8 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Oceanside Harbor.
Located just a short drive from the Carlsbad flower fields and Legoland.

New propane BBQ grill is available and shared between both units.

You have exclusive access to your unit. There is a main house that we rent that is on the same property, but they have a separate entrance and structure. Just worth noting. Both units have access to the fenced in backyard.

I have lived in San Diego for over 30 years and want you to absolutely LOVE your stay here! My team and I will be available 24/7 to answer any questions you have throughout your entire stay. We are very quick to respond should you need anything at all during your stay.

The community of Oceanside is considered the best-kept secret in North County Coastal San Diego! The low-key, unpretentious vibe of this beautiful beach town lends itself to a myriad of activities for all ages. Stunning sunsets are infamous as well!

The house is located at a beautiful location with ocean views. The neighborhood is also so wonderful, great neighborhood close to shimmering beaches and the area's iconic Oceanside Pier.

Downtown is nearby providing access to unique restaurants, charming local cafes, and tasty breweries all just waiting to be explored and within walking distance. From the vibey Tremont Collective to the Thursday morning farmer's market and Thursday evening sunset market, Oceanside has everything you could ever want in a destination.

San Diego county is bursting with exciting attractions and you’re under an hour from some of the best – Legoland (10 mins), San Diego Zoo-Safari Park (20 mins), Sea World(30 mins) and the San Diego Zoo (40 mins). Say “hi” to Mickey and Minnie at Disneyland, just an hour away. Put your feet in the sand at one of the ten fantastic local beaches. You can also visit the Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art and the Museum of Making Music—all within a 10-20-minute drive.

Expect to be able to walk, bike, or short ride everywhere you'll want to go nearby. Ubers and Lyfts are readily available. The Oceanside train station is nearby as well.

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
The minimum age to book is 25.

All homes are equipped with NoiseAware, a third-party partner. This system monitors the level of noise within the home to help us comply with Good Neighbor policies. This system does not record anything in the home – it only measures the volume of noise.

Please be courteous when using the towels and linens. Excessive stains may incur additional charges for replacement. We do provide make-up removing pads for your convenience!

Lastly, please review our house rules. You will be asked to agree to them prior to booking. Note that some rules incur fees for breaking them:
No smoking in the house ($100 fee for breaking)
No parties on the premises ($200 free for breaking)
Must follow all posted quiet hours
No climbing onto the roof ($500 fee for breaking)

We have technology that ensures that our properties are continuously running smoothly. Please do not remove, unplug, or interfere with any hardware at the property. ($200 fee for breaking).

Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash and place it in the proper trash cans outside. Gray = Trash, Blue = Recycling, Green = Yard waste. Thank you!

There is a non-refundable 2.9% charge upon booking. Any cancellations that occur within the cancellation window will be refunded in full according to the cancellation policy except for 2.9% of the total amount originally charged.

Spacious Studio with everything I needed

I had an amazing stay here. The unit was clean, and convenient. A great location - close enough that it’s walking distance to the beach, so many coffee shops and restaurants in “downtown” oceanside, but still quiet and safe. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

I had a great time at this property. The place was clean and had every amenity I would need, including a washer and dryer which was awesome. Would be happy to stay here again!

Very cute place.

My stay was pleasant; however, getting into the apartment was tricky. The door won’t open unless you pull it up. The outside balcony was so lovely, but it needed more cleaning. There were a lot of spiderwebs, and the storage on the TV was full, so we couldn’t watch TV for 2 days until I was able to free up some storage. It was a little annoying, but we pushed through it. Also, the bed was nice and comfortable, but the sofa was uncomfortable to sleep in. Extra blankets would be nice to add. It’s very cold in the apartment. There is a heater, but it triggers my son’s allergies, so we could use it.

Nice but maintenance issues

The property is as shown, light & airy. But I was promised a/c and heat. I got neither! And, after getting groceries and returning after dark, I discovered none of the outside lights worked. I almost fell on the not so safe stairs that lead to the rental. At least this was fixed the next day while the a/c and heat were never fixed. And there is a cute upstairs private deck, but it was quite dirty. I shouldn't have to clean for them...A one page "introduction to the rental" would be helpful, how things work, trash day, parking (especially the fact that No Street Parking is allowed on Mondays up to 2 pm. I got a ticket because the sign with that info is not visible at night!). I just feel that if you have a nice property, someone should always be checking that everything works and it's clean. I was disappointed, all of these issues could have been avoided. Another thing that vrbo and the property owner need to address: guests should be informed of the name that will show on their credit cards. It did not show as a charge from vrbo, there was no phone # attached to the billing, only a website. When I looked up the website it stated "this domain is for sale". So, of course, now I thought it was fraud! That is still a nightmare I'm dealing with, waiting to get back the refund for my double payment!
