"I just have to say the staff are amazing. We traveled from the US to go to Isle of Man TT. After a 14 hour flight, a 1 hour bus ride from Heathrow to Gatwick, we chose to stay at the Courtyard Marriott to get some rest for a 5am flight…you can imagine how tired we were. At midnight we were awoken by a soccer team running through the halls and knocking on rooms while laughing and stomping down the halls. Needless to say, it was a tad infuriating. I personally went down to the front desk to complain and I was greeted with the most helpful and understanding service. Alexandra personally made sure that I, and my family, were well taken care of and compensated for our egregious interruptions from a group of drunk parents and unruly spawn. I can’t thank her enough for her empathy and understanding of my personal frustrations. With her help we were able to get some final rest with the comfort of knowing our early departure is well taken care of. I truly appreciate the care and concern shown and the honest, professional, and help Alexandra and the rest of the staff provided. They took a bad night and made it disappear, and our goals of getting to the TT successful without further burden. Thanks to Alexandra for covering our needs for the next steps of our journey."

"I loved staying at the hotel when it was a Jury's Inn and visited many times .I thought the staff were so great and I was pleased to see familiar faces in the new Leonardo Hotel .It had the same feel but felt upgraded .I had a good sleep and a wonderful breakfast .Hope I can stay again soon .It feels like a very pleasant place to stay in a peculiar town .A mix of new and neglected buildings and urban mess .Love the trams and I feel a connection with the area as I grew up here .I hope the vision for the surrounding buildings and streets can compliment the fantastic hotel "

"Very nice and comfortable, Bathroom spacious you can use baths or shower Double Room with kettle,tea,coffee,sugar and comfortable bed with wardrobe to keep your belongings."

"Conveniently located close to the airport, which was our priority. As you might expect though, there was very little within walking distance with regard to restaurants or things to do for the evening. That said, the on-site restaurant was quite good and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again."
