"We’re a group of 7 adults and 6 children ages 0-8 yrs old. We stayed there for 2 nights with no intention of exploring other places. So we were just there to cozy up for Christmas with the family. Pros. They set us up for 3 rooms but requested to have the 4th room opened and they accommodated us. There are 4 bedrooms with 3 beds and a sofa bed each. Very spacious and clean. "This was a beautiful property. Everything was clean, updated, and easy to find. The host left a very helpful instructional booklet describing how to use all of the amenities, and even instructions on how to best prepare the food. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we would love to stay here again!!"

"If you want to hang out at a "college fraternity house" style apartment, this is your place. You are greeted by a can of pesticide, must walk up a staircase that is clearly a hazard, suffer a bath that doesn't work, and a refrigerator full of used condiments. Don't worry, you will receive snarky emails from the owner telling you just how many towels you're allowed to use while you're there. "The stay is like something our of a fairytale! You can see the views of the mountains, lake and the tori gates. The property is right by the water. It has the most up to date amenities! Including your own footbath out doors and a full private onsen that opens up to the views! 10/10 can not recommend this place enough! It was literally the most transformative part of our trip to Japan. "
