"To begin with I requested 2 towels for each guest as we were staying two nights. I was told that they would be provided although normally each guest is only provided 1 towel and that they expected a "good" review for doing so. Next we were told that check in was at 4 and check out was before 10 although it clearly states check out is at 10:00 am. Loud live music played from a next door club from 6:00 PM until 12:00 AM. "Great and affordable hotel with kind staff that does their best even with limited English. The room was simple but clean and comfortable with a nice view of the city. I also appreciated the reading material left in the room, great selection of local information, entertainment and religious texts for various kind of travelers. Also nice and close to Oita Station which makes it very convenient. Would definitely stay here again if given the chance. "
