This hotel is a 10 in every way, gorgeous setting, hotel, service, amenities and a fabulous spa. This is hospitality, taste and elegance at its best.

Excellent weekend stay at Booya with our puppies. We appreciate your kindness and hospitality we highly recommend, and thank you!

My wife and I decided to take our 11 month old on his first plane ride to Okinawa. A little nervous about the trip itself, we were looking for accommodations that would hopefully make it a little less daunting. This Ritz exceeded all expectations. Upon arrival, our son received an amenities bag with a rubber ducky, baby shampoo, and skin oil. What was most important to his parents was the doorknob sign warning those outside our room of his nap time. Dining at Gusuku (opt in for the breakfast)...

The room was nice and loved the wet bar. Was able to host many friends.

So accommodating! Truly felt pampered throughout our stay.

There was great communication between us and the staff. We did have a bit of trouble when it came to the airport shuttle, but it was solvable and in the end did not have an impact on our experience there. The location is beautiful. It is located in Onna village which is quieter at night, so if you are looking for nighttime experiences, you would have to drive or taxi about 20-30 minutes to chatan to do so. All in all, it was a beautiful space that was perfect for our party of 7 and I would...

We absolutely loved our room. Spacious and clean and had everything we needed. Gorgeous view from the balcony. Highly recommend! Only complaints are minor. The staff did not speak much English so be prepared for that. Also you cannot use the gym if you do not have designated indoor only gym shoes so be aware of that as well. Great location and nice restaurants at the hotel as well. 2 beautiful pools. Would stay there again!

Everything was way beyond my expectation. The room I booked was spacious and commanded a spectaculr view. Staff were invariably helpful, courteous, and accommodating in every sense. As the hotel is located in the middle section of Okinawa, I could venture into varying sites--north and south.

My stay was amazing! I enjoyed everything. The staff was very friendly and were able to help me even though I spoke English. I would 100 percent recommend!

In front a beach. Clean, courteous staff. Great breakfast. Would like to return to this hotel and stay longer.

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times now, and the main reason I keep coming back is the exceptional staff. Their friendliness and professionalism are unmatched, always going above and beyond to make each stay enjoyable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout, they truly set this place apart. It’s rare to find a team so consistently dedicated to providing outstanding hospitality. I kindly request that the staff read this review and be recognized for their...

I did a midnight check-in and the staff was so friendly and helpful. So was the other staff at the front desk in the morning. It’s my favorite hotel in Naha!

I love the Goya Champuru, Okinawa Soba, natto, Blue Seal ice cream, fresh orange juice for breakfast at the hotel resraurant. Parking was by machine... but there was always a parking attendant to assist. I would definitely stay here again.

Nicest facilities! Very clean and the breakfast was superb! Loved the fruit sandwiches the most and just simply amazing!! The birds in the entrance did make me sad. I wish they were able to fly in an enclosure.

This resort is a step back in time where the staff bend over backwards to treat you well. The amenities are incredible, the pool is lovely, and the rooms are great. A must stay in Okinawa.

This hotel was overall a nice place. The restaurant downstairs was delicious, and included both local cuisine and American! The Spa that is attached is nice, and we were able to book massages in our hotel room for the evening. All of the staff were very helpful, and so nice. We are looking to stay here again, soon.

It was a relaxing stay, with many activities to do, that were COVID safe.

This is a great place to stay. If you are looking for a very quite place to get away with a great view, this is the place you want to stay. If your looking to for the adventure this may not be the place for you. When I saw the photos I was expecting a lot and when I checked in I got what I was expecting. The owner (Staff) is very friendly and willing to go out of his way to make sure you are taken care of. the cottage was very clean neat and comfy. .
