"Location - It is about 7 mins walking from Bern Train station and the hotel sits in the old city park which is just 5 mins walking to the central part. Even though it only takes 20 mins walking to bear park! Staff - Amazing friendly and super helpful Love the free coffee & tea provided in the room and lobby area Room - It is well maintained with bathtub (rare!) Seems no air-condition provided but it is totally fine for me"

They knew the area well and helped us consider how to 'construct' our two day stay to maximize our visit. They were ready with dining options and understood clearly what we were interested in.
