"From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. The views were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to the ocean and having the beach just steps away felt like paradise. The beaches were clean, beautiful, and never overcrowded, making it easy to relax. The staff was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always going above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The restaurants offered delicious food with plenty of variety, and the bar was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. The pools were stunning, well-maintained, and provided both lively and quiet options depending on the mood. Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping our room spotless and refreshed daily. The only downside was the additional fees, but honestly, the overall experience made it worth every penny. This is the kind of place you want to come back to again and again—I highly recommend it!"

"I booked Hotel El Convento for an after cruise stay for my husband, myself, my two adult kids and their spouses and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff couldn’t wait to help us with all of our travel needs and our stay here was the highlight of a two week 50th anniversary celebration! There may be closer hotels to the pier, but this was an experience in itself. "
