"Ok on the plus side the room as lovely and ideal for my visit However my problems started with check in as I was left outside the Hotel without a code to get in my room key as reception only opens till 12.00 hrs not great but I got over that. Next morning I expected a buffet breakfast to be available but during winter this was not available why not inform your guests!! Then on my 2nd day of my stay I left a lot of coins in a bowl on my desk when I came back to the accommodation they were gone...

"We had an amazing three days in Alcudia thanks to this well-appointed, immaculate, centrally located, home inside the walls of Old Town. Pedro gave us incredible tips on food and all the local beaches and sights. It was like having a personal tour guide of the area.
