"Loved the location. We were there for National Swiss Day and ate at the restaurant where we had great food and a front row seat for the fireworks. The staff could not have been more pleasant. They shifted our dinner reservation at the hotel restaurant and provided recommendations for other places. They provided coffee service on each floor. The Hotel is older and could stand newer furnishings, but has character and the beds were comfortable. There is no air conditioning, but we were comfortable even in early August. "

"When we checked into the room, the TV didn't work, nor did the telephone. We went to the reception and they gave us another room right away. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and they were very timely in bringing us to the airport for our 6 AM flight via the free shuttle. I would highly recommend this hotel."
