"The property felt larger than it was portrayed through other reviews and had the anticipated antique & historic vibes. The staff, specifically Krystal went above and beyond to make our trip memorable. All the 3 pools were awesome, clean at all times and surprisingly not mostly occupied. The breakfast was alright, could be better."

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Douglas House in Key West! The property was beautiful, relaxing, and in the perfect location, but what truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Hamsi went above and beyond to help us get scooters so we could explore the island. He made one phone call, and within an hour, our scooters were delivered right to us! His kindness, professionalism, and laid-back attitude made everything so easy. Jenn was equally amazing. We wanted to get tattoos to celebrate our 10-year anniversary, and she recommended a fantastic place. We couldn't be happier with the experience or the memories we made. Jenn and Hamsi were the absolute best—friendly, professional, welcoming, and chill all at the same time. They truly made us feel at home and helped make our anniversary trip extra special. We can't wait to come back!"

"Beautiful resort ! Very clean ! The staff was amazing , everyone on the property was very friendly They always reached out from the front desk ( not a virtual assistant) to make sure you had all that you needed and to let you know about fun events they were having that day , thank you Frank ,Marilyn , Meghan , Oriana 🤗 Their beach restaurant serves all day and we enjoyed every meal They automatically service your room every day , you don’t have to ask We will be back"

Duval House

"We had a fantastic stay at the Duvall House! Everyone who works there from the people in the front office to the sweet ladies who made our wonderful breakfast every morning were very friendly and helpful. They made wonderful recommendations for restaurants and booked a snorkel boat for us that we had a blast on. We stayed in 3 different rooms during our stay (not their fault...we had to keep adding because more family members joined us) and all of them were clean and comfortable, as were the beds and linens. Breakfast and coffee in the morning were a bonus! The pool was a lot of fun and a great break from the midday heat at the end of June. Excellent location, close to bars and restaurants yet not noisy. I read reviews that said the AC was noisy...we did not find that to be true at all. It's an easy walk to Southernmost Point and on the other end, Mallory Square. I 100% recommend Duvall House and would stay there again while in Key West!"

"I have stayed here MANY times and ALWAYS have a lovely experience.. from the rooms being clean and welcoming, to the friendly smiling staff, the GREAT snacks and coffee, the pool and spa are always clean, I always feel safe as a sometimes solo traveler - it is a TREAT every time I stay! Thank you for continuing our almost-lost tradition of island hospitality!"
