"Helpful staff, clean rooms, loved the still and sparkeling water fountains. It’s close to a central underground line and it’s easy to walk to the V&A museum and the natural history museum. There is a grocery store around the corner and an urgent care down the street."

"The staff were fantastic - they made us feel so welcome and as it was my husband’s birthday weekend all of the staff no matter where we went wished him a happy birthday! The location was great and we walked everywhere - no need to get the tube. We will definitely be back next time we’re in London "

"Room was clean though very small. Early check in was available and concierge to hold bags on check out. Breakfast was good, amenities including gym and pool were nice and clean. Only gripe - check in wanted photo ID and this was not mentioned in prior emails etc so I had none, but of a faff but worked around it in the end "
