"Breakfast menu - there is not much choice for breakfast. Very limited seating in the room congested area. No daily room service even though it says on the list of service menu. There is no phone in side the room to communicate with front desk. "

"The internet was down on the first day of our stay otherwise it was a decent property. A little away from the main street but not too far."

"I most appreciated a smooth check in process, as well as the hotel's close proximity to the Gatlinburg Convention Center."

"The place was clean and well maintained. We loved the indoor pool. Outdoor pool was not open yet for our trip, so we did not get to experience that portion of the property. Loved that there was a coffee shop and Cafe on-site. It was a little off the strip, but close enough that the walk wasn't bad and the free trolley service that toured the area was a great convenience since parking is limited and fee based."

"For the price this is a excellent choice. We booked the honeymoon suite and the whirlpool tub was wonderful and fun 😉. The bed was surprisingly comfortable and the balcony was quaint. The fireplace was nice althought not much heat. My only complaint was the room was freezing. We even put on the heat and it didn't warm up a lot. The staff was helpful and friendly, we arrived after hours and it was seamless. The lication is wonderful, can walk so many places! We saw three bears on three separate occasions really close to the hotel. Parking was ample, we never had a issue getting a spot. I would stay again for sure!"
