"I don't generally leave reviews, but I was really impressed! We got the room for such an amazing rate that I honestly expected it to be kind of junky. We only stayed for a couple nights so I wasn't expecting much. The ground floor and the elevator don't look the best but I do believe they're renovating some areas so that may be on the list of updates. Once you get up to the room floors, though, it's like a whole other building! Super clean, looks brand new. Everything in the room was clean, looked/smelled good, worked perfectly - the shower's water pressure was amazing. Also the bed was SUPER comfy and we slept amazing. Despite being right on the Gatlinburg strip, it was totally silent - we didn't hear anyone else at all. There's a small covered parking lot directly attached to the main building, which we liked a lot, and you require a door key to open the main building doors. Will most likely stay at this property again every time we go to Gatlinburg from now on."
