There are all the amenities you and the whole group need to have a wonderful stay.

What's nearby: the historic observation tower located at Mt. Constitution is a 32 minute drive and boasts incredible 360 views of the San Juan Islands and Canada, including Vancouver Island. Moran State Park is home to many hiking, biking, and water sport opportunities. Cankin Cafe is a 12 minute drive west, and the downtown area of Eastsound is a 26 minute drive north, and is home to many great shops and restaurants like New Leaf Cafe and Roses Bakery.

Great vibe

Wonderful house with amazing view. We saw dolphins and a bald eagle during our stay. Quiet, peaceful, great deck.Love that both bedrooms had a great view of the water. Kitchen had everything needed to cook several meals.Great walking on the roads by the house. A further drive to places on the island so need to be prepared for time in the car. Stairs down to property. Only one shower.Would definitely stay again.

Lovely views!

The house is absolutely amazing and peaceful with fantastic views of the sea!The kitchen is amazingly stocked with everything that you could ever want! As well as very quality kitchen things!The house was very clean and quiet!The negative is that to get to the home was a challenge. It was not marked well at all.Fortunately, we met two very kind neighbors who helped us!Where the lock box was located was poorly situated, it is not near the door, nor are there instructions to aid you to find it.We did have an issue with getting on the Wi-Fi, but it seemed that AI took over and helped us!I would definitely recommend it, but make sure you get there in the daylight!

Fabulous location for solitude!

This house was exactly what we were looking for...secluded at the end of the island with stunning views. The property had everything we needed and was not too far from Mt. Constitution, Obstruction Pass, or the village.

The most amazing view!!

We thoroughly loved our stay here! The view is absolutely breathtaking. Seals performed daily! The house is great but we did not know there was just one shower. We loved the entire island and being there a week we think we saw a lot of it! Sailing, hiking, great meals; it was a A+ vacation!!

If you love wildlife just sit on the back deck and wait. Keep an eye on the whale watching boats, if they stop grab the binoculars.

Great, remote, waterfront home

Our family enjoyed the spacious layout and comforts. The unit was well provided for and clean. We loved the proximity to the water in a beautiful, remote part of Orcas. We've stayed 4 times in this area, past Olga. We avail ourselves of Bucks Bay for its new outdoor cafe, great oysters and food; also nearby Doe Bay.

Breathtaking location

An incredible location; only regret is that our stay was too short (just 3 nights). Saw whales and orcas from the deck (with binoculars). Explored the area but ended up spending evenings at the house- so peaceful and beautiful!

Peaceful seaside home.

We enjoyed the amazing views from the livingroom windows. Enjoyed watching the sea lions find higher ground on the Peapod Islands as the tide came and went. The home is updated, comfortable and quiet. Loved the heated bathroom floor downstairs. Kitchen was updated. Home was clean. Took wonderful walks on the secluded backroads. Enjoyed the scenery and took advantage of the movies offered when it was too windy to be on the deck. Would come again. Book your ferry tickets early- we had no trouble with our ferry experience.

All the creature comforts in an idyllic location

We loved our stay in this homey house. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but you can't beat it once you arrive. It's a short drive to places like Moran State Park, Doe Bay Cafe and Buck Bay Shellfish Farm. Eastsound is about 25 minutes if you need to stock up on provisions or want a little more activity. The view from the deck was peaceful and serene - great place for a cup of coffee in the morning and a book in the evenings The bedrooms are comfortable. The kitchen is tiny but well stocked, including spices. Plenty of books, magazines and puzzles to keep you busy as well. It was the perfect spot for our family (including kids aged 10 and 6).

Beautiful views and serene ocean expanses!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this secluded and private house. Situated right on the water, it was so nice to unwind on the deck and take in the beauty of the ocean. While we didn't get to see any orcas in the vicinity, we saw seals, porpoises, and bald eagles. Perhaps I missed it in the description when I booked the house, but do be aware this house is accessed by a dirt road. It was not a problem for our car though. We had a great time and would recommend this home for anyone looking to get away from it all!

Beautiful views in a great home

When you walk into the home, you are immediately taken aback by the beautiful view of the water. The house is open and airy and is well appointed with everything you might need on your stay. The porch that wraps around much of the house is perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunrise. There are plenty of opportunities to view the sea life as well as see birds and deer around the home. The only reason I did not give this stay 5 stars is due to the fee/pricing structure. You had to pay extra for laundry and cleaning if you didn't want to do it yourself, you also had to place the sheets on the bed and take the trash to the waste facility at the end of the stay. The nightly price of the home was fair, but for the price point, I feel that these items should have been included. Other than that, I could not say enough about how great the stay was. Location, view, comforts of home, all available at this rental, a can't miss if you are staying on Orcas.

We had a family of 5 in the house and had a great week. Deck is great, house has everything you need. Would also be great for 2 couples.
