"We loved the beautiful house and yard. It was a great place to hang out as a family. Lots of games and we had tournaments of bocce and ping pong. The tables inside and pool side were perfect for our family reunion of 8. The location to the amazing beach and colourful cliff walks were a short walk. The tapas restaurant and the fresh pastries from across the street were delicious. I hope to return. The owners were delightful and easy to get in touch with."

"Before continuing, I need to point out the property we stayed at was a lovely villa, part of a community os identical units. It was lovely but it is NOT the photo above. It was very confusing driving there: while getting higher up the mountain, it was decidedly not going to be the photo of property booked. This should be corrected. Really. Otherwise, the place was lovely and well located a 10 ish walk down to beach. We never did find the pool."

"We had a fantastic weeks stay. We had everything we needed. Plenty of space and front opening and BBQ are great. Would come back again. Area but nice and chilled and could have stayed longer did not want to go home."

"Lovely villa, had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, clean and well equipt. Great location for the old town. We were however disappointed that the upper level kitchen couldnt be used as we had a family with a baby and it would have been better if they could have utilised it instead of having to go to the lower level for milk snacks ect. The loungers round the pool also need replacing as they were very uncomfotable. These issues however did not impead on our stay and we would return."

"We had a short stay at this villa in June 2023. Overall, we really enjoyed our time because we just wanted to "zone out" by the pool ... which we did every day. Overall, the villa was good. The pool was very good. We have down graded our rating for 4 reasons: 1. There is no air conditioning or fans. On hot evenings like we had, the bedroom area is very hot and we struggled to sleep 2. "Gorgeous home in a beautiful community in the Algarve. Very comfortable for our party of six. Could walk to restaurants and a small grocery store. Bus stop close to take a 10 minute ride to the Carvoeiro. Communicating with hosts was very easy. Highly recommend this property."

"Due to check in instructions via vrbo,myself and friends were taken to wrong adress of property.this was very quickly rectified with a call from owners.The owners are very pleasant people who go out there way to make your stay as wonderful as possible!NOTE:check in was vrbo error. The property is beautifully modern and very spacious! You can see they take pride in their property. Location is good as 10 mins uber to albufeira. We had an amazing time and felt at home and didn't want to go home!"

"Great host, very accommodating. Although rustic the accommodation was really well equipped. Enjoyed the games room and the lakeside beach. We didn’t get time to use the kayaks, but they were available to use. Enjoyed the boulle’s and amazing views and it’s a great place to get off the beaten track. It is reached by a long and bumpy road, it’s well worth it to relax."

"Absolutely fantastic property. Perfect for families with the gated pool. Host and management company were fantastic, the host couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely return. We had the best 9 days here. Perfect location for exploring but also being out of the way a little. So easy in Ubers to get anywhere you want or on the little train. Nice restaurants in walking distance, coffee shop, spar for fresh bread etc. Thank you so much."

"Our group of 18 had an amazing time staying at the estate. The property was very clean and the kitchens were well-furnished with plenty of utensils and crockery. It is private and secluded, but just a stone's throw away from local amenities, restaurants and beaches. Fortunately, it is also in prime location for Ubers and taxis should you not have a car. Sean and Diana were both extremely accommodating and friendly, and made the booking and check-in process extremely easy. I would not hesitate to...

"The location was great, staff were amazing - very helpful and friendly. Great value for money, feel rooms need refreshing, decor is obviously tired, balcony wall needed plastering and painting but all perfectly functional and clean and as stated value for money."
