"We paid for breakfast. Although signs said that breakfast was from 7.30 am to 9.30 am we were told that breakfast went on till 11.00am on Sunday. When we went to the bistro at about 9.30 it was shut. We couldn’t even get coffee unless it was in the Pokies room - not inviting or encouraged by gambling staff. No one got back to us about this."

"We stayed at chadstone hotel for my husband’s 40th. The hotel is so nice, very clean! Staff were friendly and helpful! The pool is cool, kid friendly. The only thing we found annoying was you couldn’t buy any breakfast besides the buffet. Having a 7 year old, we just wanted to buy coffees and a muffin or banana bread. We could get coffees, just would have been great if they had a small choice of muffins etc you could buy. Nothing else to fault this place, I’d like to stay there again."
