Closer to your vacation home, a scenic stroll on the new boardwalk is all it takes for easy beach access while the on-site pool is available for refreshing dips whenever you please.

Relax in the open living area, furnished with a plush, wraparound sofa. Stream your favorite movies and shows on the large, smart TV. Start the day off right by preparing a hearty breakfast in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of modern appliances, including a dishwasher for quick and easy cleanup. Sip morning coffee at the kitchen breakfast bar, outfitted with seating for everyone. When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the table to enjoy your meal.

Always loved Perdido Dunes. Unfortunately, they no longer have beach access or pool. Checkin and out was a breeze. Appreciated early checkin notice. Clean. Great wifi. A few maintenance items needed attention but overall another great stay.

Really liked the space and location. The coffee maker was not working and they replaced it immediately. The only bummer is there is no access to the beach but they did post that in the listing.

property seems a little dated. We expected it to be a little nicer based on photos than when we arrived. Please also note there is no beach access due to ongoing construction which appears it will take a year or more to complete. We thought it would maybe be done based on our booking time but it was not. One of the showers was clogged, and there was a strange smell in the master bedroom. There were also very few essentials to be able to use the kitchen. Overall was a fine stay but would not book again. The maid service they hire also seems to do the bare minimum and the place could definitely be a little cleaner.
