Disappointed

Window air conditioner unit very noisy did not adequately cool the unit. Over all cleanliness was poor. Parking was challenging, with many renters oversized vehicles. Although unit was first floor it was necessary to use steps or elevator to reach parking or access the beach. Limited elevators for the enature complex.

Third time staying but a little disappointed

I gave only three stars for 2 reasons. This is the third year me and my SO spent vacation time at Sugar Beach. So every year, the North elevator is always out of order. Since i have a mild respiratory disability, a broke down elevator is not a good thing. The second problem is the crappy internet. What happened this year as opposed to the others? Not a good situation to be without wifi. We really like SB Resort, but we will probably find a different place to stay next year.
