It is perfectly and remotely located with the most beautiful views! The patio and outdoors are so beautiful and rustic. It is a drive to do anything but so many little towns and villas to visit. Beim Frühstück oder auch während des Tages diesen Ausblick, auf diese herrliche Landschaft zu genießen war einfach grandios! Einziger Makel waren die Mücken! "We loved this villa and it's surroundings. If you're looking for a remote getaway, this is a definite winner. The roads leading to the villa are a little sketchy but as long as you have a decent vehicle you will be fine. Great place to stay if you have a car and are wanting to do day trips."

"Nice quiet spot in the woods but very close to San Gimignano. Very clean. Comfortable beds. They don’t provide towels or soaps, but that is clear up front. You can rent towels if you want and they sell soap/ shampoo in the office. "

"It was horrible ! No heating (except for one room) no hot water!! We were not able to take our shower, wake up during the night as it was so cold. Run far away !!. I explained the situation to the reception the day after and they were so kind to reduce the price by 1/3. "
