"Lovely place and people "

"I love this hotel. Friendly and feels safe. Only down side this time was my toilet and shower was across the hall, through some doors and at the bottom of the stairs. I was provided with a robe and it really wasn't as much of an issue as I first imagined. "

"As usual lovely freindly staff room lovely size only let down was tv signal was shocking and no lift so climbing all those stairs is a killer "
