Top Fairlight Hotel Reviews

The Grand Hotel Eastbourne

The Grand Hotel Eastbourne

10/10 Excellent
"Beautiful traditional hotel, full of character and history with incredible staff. Love the sea view, the indoor and outdoor pools and the full 5* service. Great food at the Garden restaurant, and excellent breakfast. There is a reason why this was my 10th stay! Only thing that slightly lets things down is the service in the evening at the bar, which (whilst being very friendly) is slow and always has been - so leave a bit of extra time for your cocktail!"

Marine Parade Hotel

Marine Parade Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"Stayed here for 4 nights , ground floor number 4 room was spotless clean had a modern spacious room , shower was excellent I didn’t want to get out of it , modern heating u can use a remote control for which heated the room nicely , tv is a smart tv so perfect if u want to watch Netflix. my room has an electronic handle with u put in your code to get in your room and was a solid fire door . its a self checking which was perfectly fine , local tesco 1 minute walk around the corner from the hotel , a pub next door if that’s your thing , seafront right across the road, the pier 5 mins away and the town centre shops about 10 mins walk , not sure why this place has a few bad reviews but please do ignore them my room was perfect ,excellent value for money . The owner was very polite well mannered man . I can’t criticise this place one bit , if I had to make any points the hallway to the other rooms , remove the carpet it’s not In keeping with the rest of the entrance etc a lick of paint on the front building and a few hanging plants to make it presentable . This place has real potential and should be charging more if all the rooms are like mine . Thanks a lot I will be back . Five stars plus 🙂❤️"

"It was such a charming and lovely hotel. My friend and I each booked our own room. The rooms were spacious and had bathtubs, so we were able to relax and unwind. The staff were always very kind and helpful. There were also plenty of great restaurants and cafés within walking distance. It was the perfect place for a short getaway."

"It's a grand old building - and some of the public areas downstairs are nicely done, and look great. Big and spacious reception/foyer and bar area as well (Didn't use the restaurant). The room was a good size, and a decent price - but as wih many of these big, old properties, it's worn & tired. It was cleaned well, and plenty of space."
